In First Move, your results become the foundation for everything that follows. Each assessment will be administered and debriefed by Garrett Kolanda, a CliftonStrengths Certified Coach.

Think of it as a coaching assistant that already knows your story and is available between sessions for practice conversations, reflection prompts, and working through whatever comes up.
