We started The Landing Pad (TLP) because work and consulting changed. Traditional consulting has lost its spark. It’s become PowerPoints, Excel sheets, and recycled phrases like “you can’t boil the ocean” or warnings against “analysis paralysis.”

At TLP, we believe consulting should feel more like a campfire conversation, a shower thought you jot down, or an idea sparked over drinks with friends. Real breakthroughs don’t come from over-analysis—they come from creativity, possibility, and moments of human connection.

And leaders and managers today are under IMMENSE pressure. A refrain we hear often is, “What else do you want me to do? I’m doing the best I can.” We hear that and our answer isn’t more frameworks. It’s to build capacity and confidence in the real humans to be the best version of themselves.

What makes us different is the mix: facilitators who’ve led inside complex business environments, strategists who know how to strip away jargon, and creatives who thrive on possibility.

We’ve sat in the boardroom, chatted after workout classes, and at the messy whiteboard session that actually moved the needle.

That diversity of background lets us cut through the same-old consulting playbook and meet leaders who are ready to do things differently now.

Meet Garrett. As a founder of The Landing Pad his goal was to combine just enough IRL with Getting Sh*t Done and using technology and critical thinking to do it.

Garrett has thousands of hours of facilitation experience working and brings his possibility oriented, deep listening, and engineering mindset to every facilitation. He trained and worked under PhD training experts to develop TLP trainings and received several certifications in TLP topics.

"Technology should work for us" which is why he's not afraid of AI, but instead wants to use it to help everyone out there feel comfortable and confident using it to the best extent possible.
