AI Capability Workshop Series
U.S. NAVY · NAVAIR ACQUISITION PROGRAM OFFICE
A regulated office of about 150 people had four approved AI tools and no shared way to use them. Staff adoption was low, and some saw AI as a threat. About 75 people joined three virtual sessions.
RESULTS
Final-session Net Promoter Score of 100. Every closing-session respondent asked for follow-on training. Relevance and promoter scores rose every session, and participants left using their AI tools with confidence.

Built and tested prompts for each step inside the office’s own approved tools
Turned milestone and budget data into briefing material, and documented each workflow so it could be repeated

A project team was running a consensus process with a panel of subject matter experts. We led the full-day, in-person panel session that turned expert input into language the team could vote on and publish.
