Our current offerings: Alignment Sessions, Leadership Development Trainings, and Executive Coaching (collectively, the "Services"). The Site may provide links to book sessions and, from time to time, access to free custom GPTs or AI tools we make available for download or use.
1. Use of the Site

Bookings & third‑party platforms. We may link to third‑party scheduling and communications tools (e.g., calendar, video‑conferencing, or form providers). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Any cancellation or rescheduling terms displayed at the time of booking apply; if none are shown, contact us to request changes.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, images, video, audio, logos, icons, and the "The Landing Pad" name and marks—is owned by The Landing Pad LLC or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
Limited license (Site). We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Site for personal or internal business use only, in accordance with these Terms.
Client materials. If you are a client, any deliverables and related intellectual property are governed by your applicable services agreement with us. If there is a conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the services agreement controls for those deliverables.
Free AI tools & custom GPTs (license). From time to time, we may publish or link to free utilities, prompts, or custom GPTs/AI tools (the "AI Tools"). Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, personal license to download, install, or use the AI Tools for non‑commercial purposes. You may not (a) remove proprietary notices; (b) sell, sublicense, or publicly host the AI Tools; (c) reverse engineer the AI Tools except to the extent permitted by law; or (d) use them to create competing services using our proprietary content or brand. We may revoke this license at any time.
3. User Submissions
If you submit content through the Site (for example, a contact form, comment, testimonial, or inquiry), you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free right to use, display, store, reproduce, and share that content as reasonably necessary to operate the Site, respond to your requests, and promote our Services (e.g., testimonials with your consent).
Inputs to AI Tools. Do not include confidential, sensitive, or regulated information in prompts or uploads to any AI Tool. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and outputs comply with law and third‑party rights. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; review before use.
We may remove or refuse any submission at our discretion.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Disclaimers. The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that content will be accurate, complete, or current.
No professional advice. Site content is for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other professional advice. Coaching, alignment sessions, and training information provided on or through the Site is educational in nature and not a substitute for professional services.
AI & experimental tools. AI Tools are provided for convenience and experimentation only. We make no guarantees about compatibility, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Do not use AI Tools for high‑risk scenarios (e.g., safety‑critical systems, medical or legal decision‑making, hazardous operations). You are solely responsible for your use of AI outputs.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, the Services as described on the Site, or any AI Tools, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
